A hand-knitted boxy-fit sweater in a 50/50 alpaca and wool blend, crafted as part of the Art Atlas Foundation programme empowering women in Arequipa, Peru. It features a round neckline, three-quarter raglan sleeves with pointelle details, and ribbed neckline, cuffs and hem. The alpacas are responsibly farmed in the Peruvian highlands and the wool is mulesing-free, sourced from Argentina and Uruguay.

Materials

50% Alpaca 50% Wool. Dry clean. Soft and warm alpaca soufflé wool. Hand-knitted with love and care, this boxy-fit soft and warm sweater is made from alpaca soufflé wool and is as light and airy as the name suggests. The alpacas are responsibly farmed in the Peruvian highlands. Our wool fibres come from Argentina and Uruguay and are mulesing-free. Our chunky half-and-half wool and alpaca yarn is ideally suited for knitted winter garments. The fibres are 'top' dyed before being spun into yarn. The garment has been made by carefully hand-knitting each panel and then linking them, resulting in a garment with almost no wastage.
