About
Full-length leggings in LENZING ECOVERO with a high, wide waistband. A wood-pulp viscose knit instead of the standard poly-spandex, so they sit close without the plasticky hand. Warm tiramisu brown.
Materials
94% LENZING ECOVERO / 6% Recycled Lycra. Yarn is OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified; fiber is FSC and PEFC certified.
What the brand names mean
Trademarks on a label describe the fiber, not your exposure. Here is what each one is and what it does not cover. None of it moves the score.
Viscose made under tighter rules, with the chemicals captured instead of dumped. It was the first viscose to earn the EU Ecolabel, and it is OEKO-TEX tested.
It is viscose, not lyocell, so production really does use carbon disulfide. The washed fiber that reaches your skin carries essentially none of it.
A brand name for ordinary elastane. It signals a quality tier for stretch and recovery, which is a performance promise, not a chemical one.
We score it exactly as elastane, because that is what it is. Nothing about the Lycra name tells you what is left in the fiber.
